The overall delivery and coordination of the project is smooth but I feel that the designer can be more proactive on proposing ideas. There can been a lack of ideas proposal on resolving issues to cover up external piping in the kitchen and the workmanship of the carpentry can also be improved. That said, the warranty services have been excellent in resolving issues such as carpentry and kitchen sink.”

“My wife got to know about DC Vision Design from a brochure. We didn’t look out for other interior designers since we were planning to have a simple renovation. We chose DC Vision Design only after we felt comfortable with the quotation and them being able to fulfill our requirements. In terms of their service level, they were responsive to my calls and prompt to my requests. There were some minor hiccups during the renovation, due to a miscommunication with contractors. This is something they might be able to improve on. Apart from that, everything is “so far so good!”

“DC Vision had designed and built our project at #01-xx Tampines One very successfully last year. The designing was done to great taste, and had fulfilled our requirements for effective utilisation of space.

The Project Manager, Mr Don Loo, was very professional and dedicated. He is never a person to shirk responsibility. He was onsite everyday till very late hours, and rectified swiftly to all unexpected problems. He was also concerned with workers safety, and ensured that all measures were adhered to.

Throughout the project, the progress was updated very regularly via pictures on Whatsapp. This allowed us to know what was going on at all times, reduced the need for us customers to go onsite in the middle of the works. Minor hiccups in terms of design and production was quickly rectified as well, without pushing the blame to any party. All this ensured that the project was delivered on schedule, much to our satisfaction.

At all times, working relations was always cordial between Contractor and Customer, both understanding to achieve an optimal result.

After sales service and warranty issues were of high standards. DC Vision responded quickly to rectify any minor problems that we had encountered after a few months of usage.”

“I decided to engage DC Vision Design as my ID because they renovated my home previously and I was pleased with the end results.
